Chapter 6 -Clare's POV-
I whipped around and saw Jake coming closer to us. Why does he always have to get jealous when I hang out with a guy?!? He knows he's the only guy I like or was he? I think I'm starting to like Cody a little bit but I'm with Jake.
"He's my friend!" I snapped at him, standing up. Cody tried to say something but I told him to stay out of it.
"They why were you singing to him?"
"Because I wanted to see if I was good at singing!" I said getting frustrated and putting my hands on my hips.
"I don't care. If your going to be my girlfriend than you will stop hanging out with him!" He said raising his voice.
"Why do you always have to be like this whenever I'm with a friend that's a guy!?! I done with it, Jake! We're over!"
"Fine with me!" He said walking away mad.
I turned towards Cody and said, "I'm sorry you had to watch that. He's always been like this when I'm with other guys but it doesn't matter anymore."

"That would be great." Cody said smiling.

"Your really talented at singing and playing the guitar. Like so good that we should do a duet together!" Cody said excited. I couldn't believe a famous singer says I'm talented and that we should do a duet together!
