"We need a saviour." muttered King Amenophis of ancient Egypt, "Someone who is not cursed and is willing to fight."
"But Lord, the whole land is cursed!" wailed the nobles, " No one is suitable for the task! And even if we did find a suitable person, he wouldn't do it!"
There was a wave of panic in the great palace. "We're going to die!" wailed the servants and the people, "Oh Great Gods of Egypt please have mercy on us."
"Silence!" King Amenophis hit the floor with the bottom of his staff. The palace instantly fell silent.
"What do you suggest we do?" asked Prince Adeben, looking at his father.
"We wait," the king said, "or we die."
