Theft: 

-some physical thing

-have NO intent of returning, not face to face

Robbery:

-theft from a person using physical force

-threat, mentally or/and physically "face to face"

Burglary:

-not allowed to be there

-intend to commit a crime, any crime, doesn't have to be a theft.

*F-2 -> felony to the 2nd degree, punishable by 10-20 years

Racketeering:

-Conspiracy (901)

-plan crime& physical act to commit crime & business
