Changes

Hey Guys this is my first story I was reading all these great stories on Wattpad so I thought oh what the heck why don't i try and do one so It was be great if you guys read and reviewed and gave me some ideas because I mean whats the point of writing if no one reads it so If I get five reads and at least 2 reviews I'll continue :) Thanks Guys

2017 update( I will be rewriting this story because I lost the direction In I where it was going with it so I will keep some things and change other things I accidentally republish this by accident

The day had I been dreading for weeks finally came. The first day of school. Most people looked forward to this day the day to go back and socialize with friends and catch up but not me.  Matter of fact I wouldn't have anyone to catch up with not only was this the first day of school but it was also the first day that I would be going to Northeast high-school. 

A public school that was quite different from the small yet comfortable private school I had been attending for the last three years. So no this wasn't the start of a great school year at all. At least I was a senior. I looked around as I stood in font of the large entrance of the school. I really didn't want to be here .

I felt stupid as I stood in front of the large building. My back pocket vibrated I took  out my phone it was Mellie the only person  I bothered to stay in contact with. "hey Mells" I answered

"Jade are you here yet? "She asked her voice filled with excitement

I sighed "yeah sadly"

"Seriously where are you I don't see you?"

"I'm out in the front" I grumbled

" just stay there I'll get you myself" she hung up

Oh goody I sighed maybe It wouldn't be that bad I mean what's the worst that could-

"Jade!" Mellie squealed waving as she made her way over to me through the front door. She looked pretty as usual wearing a simple peach colored  dress that complimented her brown skin tone ,her long hair was piled in a bun on top of head which framed her face.

"I can't believe you're here come inside so I can show your classes or you'll be late." She said after hugging me.

I let her drag me inside to the noisy filled hallway of the student body.

Everywhere kids were squealing ,hugging ,and slapping high fives to friends they haven't seen over the summer . I stared in wonder would that been me if I had allowed myself to have friends apart from Mellie.

"So let me see your schedule," Mellie asked interrupting me from my thoughts

I dug into my pocket and handed her the crumpled up paper

"Yay," she exclaimed we have the same first period and lunch!"

I smiled thank god at least I wouldn't be by myself so soon and I'd have one other person to eat lunch with. Maybe this school wouldn't be too bad after all I mean I might as well make the most of it

"well then what are we waiting for" I said grabbing her hand "lead the way."

"Mellie !"  Three girls screamed as we entered the classroom Mellie giggled and ran over to give them hugs she looked over at me and pointed "this is my best friend Jade" "she is new here."

"JADE?" they all exclaimed and looked at me. This was awkward I smiled and gave a half wave "hello." 

"Wow so we finally meet the one and only Jade"said a freckled skin girl
