Last time Sealand hung out with Latvia, they caught fish. Raivis felt grateful, so he gave Sealand a pet goldfish from some cheap pet store as a little present of gratitude. Being so moved by the action, Peter was equally kind enough to name it after Latvia in thought of gratitude.
He named the fish Spaz.
