Wisconsin is obsessed with Germany. So much, that he styles his appearance to look as much like Germany as he possibly can. Among the other annoying questions America gets whenever he comes back from a World Meeting, Wisconsin always asks how Germany is doing. Lastly Minnesota is the depressed on of the Great Lake states and Wisconsin and Michigan are completely insane.
