They two have been trying to get Switzy and Austria together ever since.
Not really because of the fact they think they're cute together (but they do look compatible with each other in Prussia/Hungary's eyes), but honestly they just both think that Austria should get a life.
(Also so Prussia can hog the piano tbh)
