They got some food from subway and sat down on a circular table. Maria took a picture of the food and sent it too paul and stephanie to show that she ate.
"Why are you taking a picture of your food??" Nikki asked " Subs dont always look the best on Instagram coffee or salad is better"
"Im sending it to paul and stephanie to show to them that I am eating so I can workout tonight" Maria said
" Oh ok" Nikki said " Why do you have to do that ??"
" The rule is that I have to have a minimum of 3 meals a day and if I eat out with you guys they dont know so by me sending a picture they know" Maria said " It makes things so much more easier now that I have a phone"
"Oh yeah you have to give me your number girl" Nikki said
" Umm I dont know what it is ask you sister"
" How you hand me your phone??" Nikki said
"Why??"
"Im going to put my number in it and then you can text me" Nikki replied
"Ok then" Maria handed Nikki her phone back after about a minute
"now text me"
Text to Nikki: HI can you send me my number so I know it.
Text from Nikki: (530)-325-9837 (made up)
"Thank you" Maria said
"yep no problem so how are things going with you and Bryan??" Nikki asked.
" Good why do you ask??" Brie asked
" Because you and were ranting about him the other night" Nikki replied
"Oh thats because he pissed me off" Brie sai
" I know"
"This is weird conversation Im used to hearing about Nikki and John's relationship" Maria said
"Thats not a fair statement we always talk about you and josh" Nikki said.
" What about me and josh??" Maria said " He is an ass hole and we dont talk at all"
"You know what we are talking about" Brie said " That moment you 2 had in the hall"
"You mean that moment that he got me really frustrated and made me walk away from?? The thing that was nothing more then him pissing me off more" Maria said getting pissed off
"Ooo you like him" Nikki said
" He pissses me off like you are right now " Maria said getting even more pissed off
"Ok calm down Maria will shut up about the situation" Brie said
"What situation??" Maria said "there is no situation"
"Ok no more talking about relationships in general then" Brie said
"Were not in a relationship" Maria said still pissed off and having a hard time calming down
"You dont have to be together to be together to be in a relationship" Maria said " you can be in a relationship with anyone me and you we have a friendship kind of a relationship. You understand now" ( that is what it is referred to where im from so... yeah)
"Ok did know that. Do you want to continue shopping??" Maria asked
"Yeah" Nikki and Brie said together at the same time
"ok lets go"
They finish up shopping and drop maria off at the performance center.

Im sorry for the short chapter once again but this is where i wanted to be so the foundation of the rest of the story is there now.
