Time Passages

A girl comes toward you, that you may know
you reach out but you're all alone -
in time passages,
divine messages
they come and they go.
Years are short, don't live in the past,
don't lean on things that don't last -
but just now and then,
I don't know when
your line gets cast...in time passages.
Moment is changed, now part of a crowd,
laughing, at something & the music's loud.
A girl comes along
you reach but she's gone -
& time passages flow like clouds.
Echoes then and you're starting to turn,
but there's really nothing to learn.
Memory's refined, what can you say,
something divine or game that you play?
She won't return until you learn about ... time passages.
