His heart beats like a horse’s run
Her heart shines like a rising sun
His is Darkness,
Hers in Light
Indeed like watching Day and Night
He squints in the darkness and sees something bright
She watches as shadows taint her light
He sees her
She sees him
The darkness is lighter
The light is dim
What has happened?
What has been done?
The Light is so dark and the Dark is like sun!
And then they see
And then they understand
As they come to stand hand in hand
As force has come
Has brought them together
Something so strong
Yet light as a feather
It has come
And encompassed them like a glove
I do believe it’s, it’s,
LOVE.
