It's her Hetalia oc California, with America, as wolves.

Sorry I couldn't draw them as humans, I just can't draw people, on my previous drawing, I just got lucky. They usually look VERY sucky.....

Oh yeah, and also I got a new white gel pen!!!! *squeals* I've always wanted one and now I have one!!!!! And they are awesome, and I used them on this drawing although I think I over did it X3
