You know the two am feeling,
When your eyes are itchy and burnt but
even though your eyelids droop
they can't seem to stay shut?
When your mind buzzes from here
to there,
and back again?
When all you can see is
their face and all you can hear is
their voice and all you can feel is
their phantom fingers brushing on
your neck,
your back,
your arm,
I think the two am feeling
is as close you can get to love
without all the pain.
