You were on the Job that Natsu had picked out for you only to find that you had ran onto the orancion seis. Things began to get worse as you and Lucy were beginning to run out of magic power, that and the fact that your ice maker magic and her celestial spirits cant hold them off for long
Your body is worn and beaten. Then the fact of being thrown against a rock was just making things worse. With Lucy out cold and you on the verge the member you had been fighting off had stepped closer to you as your vision began to fade.
"Well well well, it seems that this pesky fly needs to be taught a lesson" as the member got ready to hit you with more of his magic, you closed your eyes and prepared for the worst.
Only to find that nothing at hit you. Opening your eyes you saw Gray standing in front of you as if protecting you, he had cuts and bruises from earlier all over his muscular body.
"G-Gray sama" you said in a hushed voice so he wouldn't hear
Still protecting you, he practically used up all his magic power to fight off the enemy which he did successfully. The last thing you saw before blacking out was Gray walking towards you and bending down.
You woke up an hour later to find your self in someones arms. you looked up to find Gray's blue eyes glaring down at you. A small blush covered you cheeks as you looked away from his piercing blue stare.
"Are you okay (y/n)" he said in a soft tone
Looking back at him to have your blush deepened.
"Y-ya im alright, but what happened... where are we" you asked looking around at the strange surroundings.
"Were heading back to Magnolia, to take you home" Lucy is already there and waiting for you as the others tell Makarov what happened.
You were glad that it was the just the two of you, in fact you were the only other ice wizard in the guild. time passed as your eye lids began to get heavy with sleep. A yawn escaped your lips and you rested your head against Gray's warm torso
You could hear his heart beating and soon your breaths fell into rhythm with it.
