Gold Forever - Chapter 17

Jay's P.O.V

i must have had a nap because when i woke up it was quite dark. i clambered off my bed and walked into the lounge, i had completely forgotten about carina kissing harry until i saw him. he stood up and faced me. everyone was sitting down and looked at me expectantly

jay - what?

harry - im sorry if i caused friction between you and carina

i stayed quiet for a few seconds before walking forward and holding out my hand. he looked at it then into my eyes then strongly took my hand. we shook hands whilst continueing to stare at each other. as much as we have just made up im still not happy with him or what he did. i let go of his hand and walked into the kitchen. a few moments later i had found my car keys and walked through the lounge, before i could reach the door tansy jumped up in front of me

tansy - and where are you going?

jay - err... for a drive?

she raised an eyebrow, more convincing

jay - i need to calm down and think things through

she nodded and i walked past her. god, that was the worlds easiest lie. i got into my car and reached into my pocket and pulled out carina's address book. i began flicking through the pages until i reached the one i wanted

jay - bingo

i smiled as i put the address into my sat nav and set off.

carina's P.O.V

ouch, i slowly opened my eyes and tried to look around. it was too dark to see anything. they had given me a sleeping drug when they took me from jay. jay. god, the last time i saw him he was lying on the floor because they had to beat him up to get to me. i tryed to move my body but soon realised i was tied up. oh, how i wish that jay was here to save me. suddenly light fell into the room as a door opened. 3 figures entered the room, one of them turned on a light and i instantly turned my head away trying to allow my eyes to adjust to the brightness. before i could do anything i felt a hand stroke my face, i looked up to see my worst nightmare. my dad. i snapped my face out of his touch, he pulled back, smiling evily.

dad - shame, i was hoping you would come home easily

carina - i will never return to you.

dad - why not? we could live happily again, me, you and your brothers?

carina - i was only happy with mum and as soon as i get out of here i will warn olly and zach that your back

he laughed and snapped his fingers. the two people that had also entered the room stepped forward. darren(my dad) put his arms around them

darren - carina, meet your brothers, olly and zach, although your improved arent you my boys?

they both nodded and i gasped in shock. my own brothers. my dad let them go and came up to me, he stroked my face, his hand trailed down my neck until he came to my locket.

darren - your still wearing it

carina - so?

darren - she left us!

carina - because of you!

he pulled away and walked around before looking back at me

darren - i found her though

carina - what do you mean?

darren - she was the first person i found after i got out of prison

i felt a lump building up in my throat, i didnt like the idea that was forming in my head

carina - carry on
