Remember

When your life is crashing aorund you

And you don't know how to stop it

The sounds echo off the wall

Where you would paint your feelings

And the warmth is missing

From the place it used to be

Laughing that used to exist

Can exist if you make it

And when your heart would skip a beat

From when you remember

The times your mother would sing you

Sweet lullabys to lull you to sleep

Bubbles you blew would travel away

And ballons would be free at your release

Take a deep breath

And close your soft eyes

The sweet smell of blossoming flowers

And the feel of the gentle wind

Does the same as your mom once did

And lulls you to sleep

Memories flood

And although you want to cry

Close your eyes

And let the sadness within disappear

Sing yourself to sleep

With memories and lullabys
