DHAARA'S POV
First week of college passed by so quickly and to be honest there was so much work to do in the first week, I mean you have to look for clubs you want to participate in,we got an overview of what projects we will be doing for the first semester and we have to submit our topics and ideas from now only...aghh... anyways finally weekend is here and what I need.
"Kya hua badi chup chup hai?" Kashu questioned ( what happened..you're very quiet?)
"Nothing...just that it was a tiring yet interesting week" I said plainly
"That's true" kashu agreed
" So what's going on in your life huh?" She asked
"Hm..well for now it's fine let's see for how long it continues" i said in a low yet cool tone
" You know, you guys should do something about it...step up against what is happening..why-" before she could complete i interrupted her
" Please not now.. I can handle it" i said in a warning tone
"Handle it at what cost" she argued
" I guess I can walk alone from here" i said walking away but she pulled me by my hand
" Accha accha.. theek hai , shaant" she said calming me "by the way ek baat bata harsh kaisa laga tujhe " she asked teasingly (ohk ohk..fine, calm down)

" Yeah.. he's a fine guy but right now everybody is new so you don't know them truly..i don't trust so easily" i explained
"Oh god...keep your trust issues aside and listen to me that guy is interested in you otherwise why he's not leaving any chance to be with you" she said sarcastically
" Oh and I know he is interested in me but I'm not interested in him...i don't know much about him and tbh I don't get that vibe from him" i again explained myself
" Who's saying you've to marry him, how about something casual " she told me
" I don't like things "casually" " i do the hand gesture
" Tu fir single hi maregi" she accepted ( you'll die single)
" Well I still wonder about him..." I said meekly
" Who is this him?" She asked in a pitched tone
" Remember last year's Holi when we were celebrating it in Vrindavan and due to the crowd we separated for sometime .... that's when i met him, not proper meet ..but yeah .." i told her
"And you're telling me now!? you have some explaining to do" she sounded offended
"Well for a few minutes he was behind me as if protecting me from the crowd or maybe he was just tall and big and I'm overthinking it...you remember when we met again that red gulaal on me ..it was him"
" Oh pancho..khel gaya launda!!!" she said amusingly ( oh damn ...well played boy)
" Are you done !?" I asked her with an annoying look
We talked some more before we parted our ways as her station came ...after sometime I reached my house too.
We had dinner and I talked to mumma and papa about how college's been and how was my day and then my so called brother came and joined the conversation he asked me a few things i replied in an uninteresting and plain tone
" Merese se nah dhang se baat Kara kar karni hai toh " he yelled coming towards me and i flinched slightly (if you talk to me, then talk to me nicely)
" Mujhe koi shauk nahi hai baat karne ka... tu hi aaya baat karne " i stated and before he could say anything I came to my room and closed it he was yelling some more and went back to his room. ( I didn't start the conversation..you came and started talking)
I took a refreshing bath before hitting the bed, thank god tomorrow I'll sleep till late ... I came out of the bathroom and checked my notification messages from kashu..
