Sam: I love you too my big baby.....
Ria: are you happy???
Sam: of course.....why will I not be happy after getting a big gift in my life......
He then hugged her and kissed her in her forehead.....
Ria: I need twins.....that's it.....no more discussion......
Sam: ok ok.....let's see.....it's not in our hand......its in god's hand.....now come .....you wanna go home or wanna come to my cabin....I'm free now after few minutes I will be free .....then we will go home together.....is that ok???
Ria: okk.....
Then they both went to his cabin.....
He then asked a nurse to bring a cup of fresh pomegranate juice......
Ria: hubby please......I don't need it.... please.....
Sam: listen Ria....now you are not eating for you.....you are eating for our baby also got it..... hereafter I will be very strict and cautious with your diet and food......got it.....now be a good girl and have it.....don't make me mad......
Ria then drank the juice not wanting to make him sad.....
Then they both went home and spend some time together.....
Time skips...
Now it's Ria's 4th month....
She's really having a hard day and time from the beginning itself.....as her wish she is having twins in her womb .....she is so happy about that .......the doctor advised her to intake a lot of iron supplements.....her body is getting weak day by day......daily she is getting scoldings from Sam for not eating properly.....
She has already stopped going to the hospital as she needs a lot of bed rest.....for now Sam has appointed a home nurse to take care of her......
Time skips..
Now it's Ria's ninth month.....
Her due date is within 10 days....
Ria(crying): ahhhhh....ahhhhhhhhhhh........ please leave me it's hurting......ahhhhh......
Sam:(injecting) it's done....it's done.....see.......I'm sorry for hurting you........I'm sorry .........
Sam hugged her.......Ria is now very weak and her gynaec recommended to take iron and vitamins in the form of injections......
Ria: (crying hard) it's hurting very badly......I can't tolerate this ....please don't give.....me...th.....this injection again....
Sam: we will see that after now don't cry......
Now Sam was very terrified because her due date is near and she is now here crying for the injection.....how will she gonna tolerate her labour pain..... actually she is facing some complications in her pregnancy so the doctor advised her that they will be performing c section......but even though it is a c section the post partum is very painful.....I don't know how she's gonna tolerate this.......so to take care of her Sam is now staying with her always at home....
Ria: hubby shall we go for a walk???
Sam: do you want to.....
Ria nodded.....
He then made her wear her shoes and took her for a walk to the park.....she is feeling so difficult even to walk because of her twin pregnancy belly.....they then sat on the chair....
Ria: (caressing her belly) my dear lovely babies.....feeling ok now.....getting fresh air right ......don't worry.....mama will take care of you.....just come to this world safely.....rest me and your papa will handle......am I right Sam??
Sam:(teary) yes.....yes my babies.....your mama is right.....just come into my arms very soon without hurting your mom.....ok..
Ria: what happened hubby....why are you crying.....
Sam: no .........I'm not crying.....I'm ok....
Ria: nooo.....no.....what happened....???
Suddenly they heard a small baby crying sound .....they shrugged it off but the baby kept crying continuously.......
Then went towards the direction of crying sound and saw and newborn baby was left there with a note on the ground......
Sam quickly took the note and gave it to Ria and he took the note and started reading it....
It was a cute baby girl.......Ria was continuously making the baby calm down......but the baby was crying continuously.....
Sam read the letter and he came to know that it was a newborn baby which was born just few hours ago and was abandoned........Sam didn't said anything to her about this to her as she will be stressed up....
Ria you just wait here....I will go and get baby milk for this baby......ok......
Then he went....
Ria was continuously making the baby calm down but all her efforts went on vein......the baby is crying continuously...... without know further option Ria tried breastfeeding the baby.....she knows that's of no use to breast feeding as there will be no milk but she thought to stop the crying of the baby....the baby's crying is making her cry..... because it's crying that much terribly......
She then made the baby suck her nipple.....she experienced an unfamiliar feeling which she has not experienced before ........ happy tears are shedding from her eyes....
Soon Sam arrived.....he saw the sight infront of him and was shocked....
Sam: hey.....what are you doing ....
Ria: the baby was crying so hard.....to stop it's crying I didn't know any option that's why.....don't be mad...
Sam: why will I be mad my cutie....now give the baby...see I have bought milk .....
Ria then handled the baby to him....
He started to feed it using the bottle milk....... finally the baby slept.....
Sam: come Ria let's take this baby to our hospital....
Ria: why......why hospital??
Sam: see Ria it's a newborn baby and I'm sure the baby has not got it's primary source of treatment soon after the treatment.....we need to take care of it immediately... otherwise it will risk the baby's life.....
Ria : is this baby abandoned by its parents....
Sam : yes.....I read a note that was kept beside the baby......the baby's mom said that the baby was born in a wrong way so she don't need it.....
Ria:(teary) means.....is this baby an orphan...
Sam just nodded.....
Without thinking further....
Ria: we will adopt this child....
Sam looked at her shocked
Ria: I'm serious.......I don't want another baby to experience the pain of an orphan like me with my knowledge......
Sam : let's talk about this later....now come let's go
Then they both took the baby to the hospital.....
On the way inside the car .....
Ria: (breathing heavily)Hubby..... hubby..... It's hurting......ahhhhhhhh.......it's hurting down there.....
Sam stopped the car and noticed her water broke......
Sam: (tensed)it's ok baby......it's ok.....you will be fine soon.....I think it's time for us to see our babies.....
Ria laughed while breathing hardly.....
Sam: baby......seee listen me.......just breathe in and out....ok......we are near the hospital......you give me that baby .....I will hold it......you just focus on your driving.....
Sam then took the baby in his lap and was driving......
More time skips are there in this chapter..... because I don't know what to write in that phase......
