i stood outside, on the balcony of the mansion i shared with my husband nikki and our three kids; skylar, alan, and alex

alex was named after my father, alan was named after mick (robert alan deal), and skylar was named after vince's angel.

we were preparing for a dinner with the band and their lovers tonight. i kept close ties with my uncle even though our relationship had fell off at some points

and i cant forget dave, i kept somewhat in contact with him as well

we had recently adopted a saint bernese along with a brown spotted newfoundland, for our friends mistook them as bears when they would come over

"babe! are you ready?"

nikki yelled, carrying my dearest red headed girl in his arms

i kissed skylar on the cheek, nodding my head and patting down my skirt

"boys! come on!"

i yelled out to the two twins who were playing in the front yard with dee and dum

i set out plates on our large table while nikki put a beatles record on

"are you excited to see auntie and uncle?"

i squeaked to the kids, earning a bunch of giggles and agreements

once the table was done, along with our dinner, a few cars pulled into the driveway

vince and heidi were the first ones to come in, greeting me and nikki with kisses on the cheeks and hugs

then it was mick who came in with my moms new kid, her name is valerie and shes 9 years old, just a few years older than my boys

i greeted them with warm hugs and kisses, right as lee came in with his sons; brandon and dylan who were about the same age as alex and alan

the house was warm and fuzzy as my incense burned, the food being delicious and our children and animals getting along well

we caught up on new things and musics, and you cant forget all the politics

i really loved this band, they all have grown so fucking close to me.

im glad that my life didnt end when i was twelve. because if it did, i wouldnt of even known who these people were.

over the years, ive realized how much i took my life for granted

everyone wanted me to live, hell, i was the motivation for the band (other than money, bitches, and drugs)

so, if youre reading this, just know that youre worth something in everyones life.

so go live yours, but dont take it for granted.
