AUTHOR'S POV-
Rashvik took Prachi to a cafe nearby their house. They both settled down and ordered some drinks.
Both the kids were busy on their own.
"Now tell me what happened Aashu" Prachi asked resting her hands on the table
"Uh! Where do i start from" Rashvik said
"Are you going to tell me or should I kick your ass hn?" Prachi said frustrated
"Woah, woah calm down women" Rashvik said a bit panicked
"Okay so listen, I'm getting married......
He told her everything.
"Oh so there's this girl, whom uncle wanted to be your partner from long time, but you fell in love with that bitch and that's why he didn't told you about her, but now he want you to get married with her.......i see" Prachi said sipping her coffee
"That's really what I explained to you! Why are you like this?" Rashvik said frustrated
"we'll talk about me later first tell me what did you say? Are you ready? Damn this is so interesting" She said taking another sip
"What the heck is interesting about this? Hey bhagwaan ese log mujhe hi kyu milte hain?" Rashvik said pinching the bridge of his nose
(Oh god why do I find people like this?)
"Aashu stop with your complaints please and answer my question" Prachi said
"Obviously I said yes, dad wants this, I don't want to get married but dad is forcing me bhabhi, I don't know what will happen" Rashvik said
"Thank god uncle is doing this. And he's doing good by forcing you, or else you would have disagreed for sure" Prachi said
"Seriously bhabhi? You too? Everybody is behaving like I'm a immature kid and can't take my own decisions" Rashvik said burying his face in his palms
"It's not like that Aashu, it's just...... you're scared, scared that everything will turn out like last time, am I right?" Prachi asked looking at Rashvik
"I..... I don't know bhabhi. I just feel like this marriage is unnecessary. Yeah I'm scared, ahhh why does it always happen to me." Rashvik said closing his eyes and leaning back to the chair
"Calm down Aashu, calm down. This is all for you only, uncle wants you to be happy. I know you are happy right now, living on your own, you have uncle, Ansh, Aksh everyone but deep down don't you feel you need a partner in life? Think about me, I wish everyday for Neeraj to be with me, I miss him so much, I feel so alone. But mai shadi nahi kar sakti kisi se because abhi bhi pyar hai mujhe unse. Lekin vo na ab tumse pyar karti hai na tum usse, haina. Toh ek bar chance dene mai kya hoga aashu, and moreover uncle ne pasand ki h ladki, and you trust uncle right?"
(But I can't marry anyone because I still love him. But that girl doesn't love you anymore and you don't love her. So what will happen if you give a chance once, Aashu, and moreover uncle does like that girl, and you trust uncle right?)
"Yeah bhabhi I trust dad, that's why I agreed. But I don't trust that girl. You know she is the step daughter of Manish Singhania." Rashvik said
"Step daughter Aashu, she is his step daughter, how can you come to a conclusion about her characters without even knowing her hn?" Prachi said
Rashvik was silent. A lot of thoughts were going through his mind.
"Aashu, did you meet her? Have you guys ever talked?" Prachi asked
