A Million Reasons

Chapter 6 - The center of attention...

I whipped my head towards Vivienne's direction as she checks who it could have been and to our surprise, she starts geeking out.

"Oh em gee.. Who is it?" Ana tries to peak over her shoulder to see who Viv was texting so eagerly and started reading the texts on her screen,

"Who's... Tim? Timothy, the guy from the bar? Seriously?" Ana gasps excitedly for a moment, playfully swatting at Viv's arm as they both laugh softly to themselves,

"What's going on, what's he saying?" I tried to climb over Ana to see what I was missing out on. I vaguely even remember who this Timothy guy was, even though I just met him, I then realized he was the bartender who works at the bar we loved going to, but I had no idea that there was something going on between him and Viv!

As I  got a brief view of her screen, the texts read;

Timmy; Hey Viv, you get home safe?

Viv; Yeah, and you?

Timmy; Same but I can't stop thinking about you, Viv.. You looked gorgeous tonight as always, I'm glad you stopped by again.

Viv; I missed you too, Timmy. And how could I even pass seeing you up? Wouldn't miss it for nothin. Haha :*

I rolled my eyes reading the sappy parts until scrolling down a little more, I saw that they were starting to talk about meeting up soon or something. I turned my head over to Viv, raising an eyebrow at her and she slowly nods. I checked the time and it was already 1 am,

"Viv, it's already 1! What were you guys planning to do?" Now I was raising my eyebrows at her and Ana eventually joined in with me, but then Viv told us to just calm down and that it probably wasn't going to happen but she really did want to see him. That girl.. She was so in love. Her cheeks were flushed and I've never seen her this geeked over someone, it was almost inspirational... A few moments later she sat up straight with a look on her face that caught us all off guard so Ana and I broke the silence quickly,

"What?"

"Should we go see them? Or what if they come here...? What should we do? What should I say?"

"I'm sorry- Them? Who's them?"

"Oh y'know, Timothy, Dominic's with him right now too.." Ana and I looked at each other, then back at Viv. Ana said she was down and then they all looked at me, but I didn't really know what I wanted to do, I wasn't really sure yet so I just put my finger to my chin and made it look like I was trying to give it some thought for a moment and of course they were both giving me the puppy pug eyes,

"We'll only see them for an hour! It won't be long, we promise, Danny... Right, Ana?" Vivienne nudges her arm with her elbow and Ana nods at me with a bright and reassuring smile that she always smiles, ugh so how could I say no to that now???

"Fine.." The two girls squeal together in excitement and jump out of the couches, going to fetch their things,

"I'm not changing though!" I sigh as they didn't hear me. I really didn't want to go, as I was still feeling shitty from earlier but.. You only live once, right? YOLO?! Ugh, screw it! I walked into the room to find the girls reapplying some of their makeup and ultimately deciding to join in with them too after seeing MY disheveled face in the mirror that they were working in front of, seeing how my mascara was all over the place so, I just took a makeup wipe and just cleaned up only the areas that looked a little messy. I reapplied my lips and quickly ran a gloss over as well. I didn't need to do too much, and the girls were also just about done. A couple minutes pass by and Vivienne told us that the boys just arrived outside.
