The boarded room in SMG4's Castle is The TV Adware's hideout.
This is a popular theory that I agree with.
I think it just makes sense as the floors in that room and SMG4's Castle are so similar, and he obviously wants to kill, harm, or get some sort of revenge on SMG4 and his crew, so he would want to stay as close to them as possible without ever being physically seen by either them or us, the viewers.
And there's also the fact that there's the boarded room in SMG4's Castle. What else could be in there if it isn't him? Assuming that Luke and the IRL team have already planned everything on the lower floor out, I don't see a reason why they would just skip over and ignore that room.
There's also the fact that in 'SMG4: THE NEW CASTLE!!' during the room tour, Luigi indicates the room and asks, "Wait, what about that room?" and SMG4 replies, "...Uh we don't talk about that room." before quickly moving on. There's no way SMG4 does not know what's in that room, which could indicate that it is something large for an arc or movie a.k.a. The TV Adware's hideout!
