I soon realized that the girl Walker was talking about had commented on my instagram post yesterday. It was now 3 pm and I was about to start getting ready for the party when I decided to look at some of the comments on my most recent, when I saw Lacy's. So I decided to click on her account.

I scrolled farther down to see some pictures of Walker and her and couldn't help to think if they are or were a thing, she was extremely pretty and smart I mean she was on homecoming court her freshman year. I was about to meet her and I wanted to make a good impression since I was kind of intimidated by her, who wouldn't be?
After a while of over thinking I finally decided on a pair of white jean shorts, a blue tank top and my baby blue converse. I also crimped my hair so it was now long and wavy and had done some light makeup.
I smiled at myself in the bathroom mirror, fixing my hair as I heard two knocks on the door.
"Come in" I answer, turning around my eyes locking with Walkers
"You look, nice..good" he stumbles over his words "Pretty, you look pretty"
"Thank you" I smile
"You look cute" I pat him on the back and walk out of the bathroom
Walker and I walk up to the big house, it was now 7, empty cups lay on the lawn and a few people were standing around talking to each other. My stomaches all in knots we walk into the house, it was dark with loud music, people I've never met filled the house talking and laughing. I look around as Walker looks at me. He grabs my hand and gives it a reassuring squeeze.
I then spot Lacy giggling in the corner with a group of girls and I feel Walker let go of my hand, I knew he saw her too and that's why. He instantly walks up to her moving past the group of people surrounding her.
There she was, the same ribbons in her hair I saw from her Instagram and there Walker was staring at her in awe like he hadn't seen her in years. I snapped out of my thoughts as I heard her voice
"Hey, CC!" She smiles brightly at me
"Hi!" I smile back
"You look so pretty" she compliments me
"Thank you" I reply through my forced smile
"Walker, we need to catch up" she laughs, placing her hand on his arm as he nods
"I'll be right back" I inform the two as I walk away
God, it smelled like alcohol in here and I was getting a major headache. I couldn't help but wonder how old everyone in here was there was so many people I couldn't keep up. Most of the people here probably didn't get an invite, not like I really got one either.
I turn the corner and spot the kitchen, I squeeze past a lot of people and make my way into it
"Do you want a drink?" A tall brunette boy asks me, referring to alcohol
"Yeah, water" I reply, shouting over the loud music
"Okay" he smiles and I for some reason smile back
He hands me a cup of water and I thank him standing there awkwardly
"Do you wanna maybe go outside?" He asks the loud music blaring
"Sure" I agree
We walk outside and sit on the porch steps now being able to hear each other a bit better then earlier
"Are you from here? I've never seen you before" he asks
"No, I'm actually here shooting a movie" I tell him
"Interesting, then what are you doing at this shitty house party?"
"Well, I came with a guy but he's now with another girl" I raise my eyebrows
"Well, he's stupid" the boy tells me and I giggle
"What's your name?" I ask, realizing we've been talking and I don't even know his name
"Bodhi, what's yours?" He looks at me
"CC" I smile
"Your names CC and you don't drink" he looks at me
"That's right"
"And a stupid boy is talking to another girl right now that isn't you"
"Well you're making me sound pretty lame, aren't you?" I reply and he laughs
"I think we need to go find this guy" he tells me
"Nooo, he's 'catching up' with perfect Lacy I don't want to bother him"
"Too bad" Bodhi grabs my hand cutting me off and dragging me inside to find Walker
Yeah, we sure did find Walker. We found Walker kissing Lacy.
