because of muzan's fear of neji somehow being reborn he slaughtered all the newborn generations of the hyuga family thinking he got rid of them he was careless enough to leave two hyuga alive.y/n hyuga and lord hiyashi hyuga.both posses the rare eyes of the byakugan.
