Fast forward 4 months later.

Derek had been offered a job in DC for curing Altimerz.

Him and Meredith had talked about it and Derek had taken the job but he still worked at the hospital.

Callie had gotten pregnant with Mark's baby but Callie was with Arizona now but they had talked and the baby would have two mothers and one father.

Callie and Arizona also had a small wedding and we're now married :)

Izzie and George had left Seattle Grace Mercy West. (They moved together to another hospital)

Teddy Altman has started, she's also a heart surgeon (she's Owen's military friend)

Cristina and Owen had gotten a divorce. (They we're married before)

Cristina and Alex lives with Meredith and Derek.

Alex, Meredith, Cristina, Jackson and April where now residents.

Addison and Derek had been seeing each other every 1-2 days a week, they had been meeting mostly in Seattle.

Sara and Justin was still together however Justin had asked Derek for Sara's hand and Derek haven't answered yet. (Justin needed the money for his sisters collage and Sara had given him the money) (also Sara and Justin hit 2 year anniversary in 3 months)

Sara had also started getting back into her influencer life so she was also filming videos when she was not at work.

Today was the doctors day which meant every doctor could take the day off but some still chooses to go to work.

Derek was sleeping in Meredith's bed.

Meredith came into her room where she saw Derek sleeping on the bed peacefully.

Meredith smiled.

Derek's phones rang.

Meredith went over and saw that the name was Nancy 911 ( 911 = emergency)

Meredith woke Derek up.

Derek.. Sleep head.. you need to wake up - Meredith said

Derek slowly woke up.

Umm - Derek said

Your sister is calling - Meredith said

Which I have 5 - Derek joked

Nancy 911 - Meredith said

Derek quickly got up and was wide awake.

Must be something important since the name is 911 - Meredith said

He picked up the call.

Good morning handsome - Addison said with a smile

Hi.. Nancy everything okay - Derek said

I see.. she's in the room.. well everything is going to be fine when you come here to LA.. I hope you haven't forgotten it - Addison said

Yes I see.. I'll come quickly - Derek said while trying to hold a serious face

Bye - Derek said with a soft voice

Derek hanged up.

I need to go - Derek said

Is everything okay - Meredith asked

Nancy.. she needs some help.. her kid is in jail and her husband is on vacation with his friends - Derek said

She has a old son the rest are young.. the son.. Lucas is 17 but soon 18 - Derek said
