As I stood there holding onto the strings of the vibrant balloons, I watched as the children ran around the park with unbridled enthusiasm. It was a beautiful day, and instead of taking them to an amusement park, we opted for a local park. I had been trying to convince Taehyung to let the kids play with other children, but he was determined to book the entire park, so no outsiders could interfere with their playtime.

Watching the kids playing reminded me of Jae, who was about three or four years old at the time, and how protective Jungkook was of him. We used to go on picnics and eat fruit salads, and I would make a special dish just for Jungkook and Jae. Those were some of the most beautiful memories of my life.

Lost in my thoughts, I didn't realize that someone had tapped me on the shoulder. A man with a raspy voice approached me and offered me the coffee we had ordered. He sat down beside me on the wooden bench, and I gratefully accepted the warm cup of milk coffee.

"Are you okay? You seem lost," he said, and I nodded, shifting my position slightly to make room for him.

"I am just lost in memories," I said, taking another sip of the coffee. The sweetness of the drink was comforting, and I felt myself slowly calming down. I looked at my left hand, noticing the metallic ring on my finger, and started caressing its top.

"Memories can be a tricky thing," he said, looking at me with understanding. "They make us feel helpless and weak, especially when they are about someone special."

I nodded in agreement, feeling the weight of my memories pressing down on me. Coming out of the memories of home which was made up of cards

I clearly know what he was talking about and honestly, we both know why we are together now, he got his reasons and I got mine
And he's trying hard to make me spill about Hana and jungkook's relationship

"They do but it depends on you too how you deal with the memories negatively or positively" I uttered again sipping on my coffee and he chuckled

"You are a single mother, right? So isn't it hard for you to take care of your son while being here ?" He asked with genuine eyes while sipping on his black coffee

"He lives with his dad and I guess he's happy there with them so I don't want to interfere with anything in their lives what about you? You also have two kids?" I asked while rubbing my arms due to the cold winds

" me? Well it was hard but it was not impossible my elder brother and his wife my sister-in-law got into an accident three years ago leaving Felix and Jackson all alone with me for now I've their responsibility as a guardian but later if I ever get married so I will adopt them so I'm single right now" he let out while making his voice more deeper in the last few words and ended his words with a wink

I forced a smile at his antics and chuckled letting go of his words "Cool hope you will find one for you Mr. Kim" I let out with a genuine smile this time knowing well that Hana had cheated on him too so we both were going through the same pain right now. I can feel his emotions somehow and know very well how it feels to be left alone seeing your loved one loving someone else

The only difference we have is that he's planning for something which can create problems for Hana and jungkook but I'm just planning to get away from them as far as I can

Revenge can't be a solution all the time sometimes it's better to move on instead of keep being stuck on that particular phase of our lives, it will surely make you restless for some time but in the last, you will get away with it

And I know I've to cry further to heal myself the more I will break seeing them together the more I will heal for my betterment

"Dadaaaaaa gimme juice" Jackson came toward us running and behind him Felix giggling while taking his small steps to get near us, I went toward him and picked him in my arms and he giggled while rubbing his eyes

"You both tired now? Wanna play more or want to go home?" Taehyung asked taking out the orange juice from the bag he was carrying and giving it to Jackson

"You enjoyed baby?" I asked Felix slightly and he nodded his head repeatedly

"These kids are so energetic can I take a family photo of you guys? I'm a street photographer" A man wearing a white shirt showed us his smile while pointing at the camera he was holding I awkwardly looked at taehyung when the photographer called us a family

Taehyung chuckled looking at my reaction but his next words made me widen my eyes " Why not, you won't mind right" he asked me and I looked at Jackson who was giving me puppy eyes to say yes

I smiled taking the place beside taehyung and Jackson clapped happily " Please get a little close you both" the photographer uttered and taehyung slightly shifted toward me and our thighs rubbed each other

Feeling the skin ship we both looked into each other's eyes and I noticed his cheeks getting redder he gulped but never left his eyes from mine

*click*

As we heard the clicking sound we looked at the photographer and he cheesily smiled at us " Please look at the camera" he said with a smile and we followed his words

" God bless you both hope you both will always live happily as a couple and soon we can see another mini version of you two" The words of the photographer made both of us choke on nothing and we again looked at each other while shooking our heads

Did he just thoughts of us as husband and wife !??
