At school
Our story hero,Sam is at the end of his school life and today they were having a heartfelt Thanksgiving by their teachers as they were the best and intelligent batch of their school.....
Our heroine, is 3 years younger than our Sam and her name is Ria.....
She has a crush on him and she was following him when she was 12 and now she is 15......
She is sitting at the back row of Sam and was keenly watching each and every action of Sam......
Teacher: now I invite our most talented student Sam to give us a talk.....
Sam: good evening everyone.....thanks for organising this function.....I give my heart felt thanks to all the staff members who gave us their knowledge from the past years and I will make sure that I will make them proud by becoming a renowned doctor and help the needy ones...
He then continued the talk for sometime while sharing his past experience in that school......Ria was admiring him without blinking his eyes......she wanted to talk to him so desperately but he couldn't...... whenever she tried to talk to him she become nervous and will come back without talking to him......
When Sam said he will become a doctor she too thought of becoming a doctor......but she has no parents and was living in the nearby orphanage...... becoming a doctor is impossible for her as it requires more money.......she wanted to be with him always....she don't want to lose him...he is from a high class family background......
She is now too afraid that will be accept her .....
That day she returned back to orphanage and discussed about her higher studies with her friend......she suggested her to become a nurse as she is so calm and kind hearted.....Ria was now so confused as she is so scared even to see or touch any of the medical instruments .......but she wanted to be with him always in future.....she is now in a cloudline.....
Then Sam left the school after finishing all his schoolings......Ria felt so sad as she cannot see him hereafter and few drops of tears left her eyes.....from her small years she has not felt love and care by others.....but when she saw him for the first she felt that she can get those warmth of love and care from Sam......she is hoping that their fate and destiny will bring them together in future.....
Time skip
Now Sam has finished his doctor degree was working as a doctor for the last two years.....
Ria too worked hard and passed out her school with top results......she then finally decided to join nursing .........After facing with her fear she is now a skilled nurse and she was sent for internship in the same hospital where Sam works......
She too don't know that Sam is the doctor here..
She joined the hospital for her internship and she was under Sam's guidance....
When they said that Ria was under doctor Sam she unknowingly felt some peace in her heart after hearing that name from some other......then she was asked to go to his room.....Ria too went to his room with nervous mind as it was her first day.....she knocked and heard come in and so she went inside......SHE WAS SHOCKED....the doctor to whom she was assigned was none other than her Sam.....she felt butterflies inside her....
Sam: mm hello miss......I'm doctor Sam......and you are going to work with me for 3 months.....
Ria was standing there still in shock and was not reacting to his words....
Sam: hello miss.......
Stil she didn't reply to him .....so he hardly bang on the table.....
Ria came out of her dream world.....
Sam: what behaviour is this.....is this how you get distracted while talking to some other.....listen....I'm leaving you this time as it is your first day....but if you repeat this I won't tolerate and I will punish you.....I don't want anyone who is not concentrating on their work....got it...
Ria : yes.... sir.....and I'm sorry sir ....I won't repeat it again....
Sam: mm this your last warning.....now leave and go to the reception and ask them to give my appointments file and bring them here.....
Ria: ok sir..
Ria then came out.....
Ria: see I have already came near my love but see on the first day itself I got scold from him......
Sam: how distracted she is .....I don't how I'm going to deal her these 3 months.....but her face is somehow familiar to me .....but I don't know from where.....
Ria then collected those files from the reception and gave it to Sam.....
Sam: so today yours work is to go through these patients file and be attentive while attending them....
Ria: ok sir....
Sam : don't call me sir .....address me as doctor ok....
Ria: ok doctor
Sam: good .....what is your name??
Ria: I'm Ria....
Sam too stopped working for a second and looked at her ......
Sam: tell me once more ....
Ria: my name is Ria doctor......
Sam: Ria.....ok you may leave....
