Poem #4 - If Your Heart is Still Looking

0 1 0

If your heart still searches
Give him a thick glass
Because he did not see anyone else
He won't notice anything else

If your heart wants to be surprised,
With what I can give more,
Maybe nothing. It's just me.
I'm the person you can easily compare

If your heart still searches
Of the drier palm
Of more fragrant breath.
Of a more sensible speaker

It's better to make people laugh
I hope I can just talk to your heart
For me to say, "I'm sorry, but I'm going to fail you."
