As the sun shone brightly, Arthur stood at the door looking disheveled. Despite the absence of an arm, Benny didn't want to question him. Will, wearing a long brown coat with a hood up, remained calm and composed. "Hello, son!"  said Arthur as he ran towards Benny weeping Benny off his feet and swinging him around like he hadn't seen him in years. Even though his dad lost an arm and looked like he was at death's door, he was still strong. Will laughed and Arthur dropped his son, looking at Will. "Um, hi Dad." stuttered Benny as he blocked Will from his dad. Benny couldn't help getting lost looking at his dad's missing arm and when he looked at his dad's face it was like looking at a ghost. Arthur's smile disappeared into his pale skin, "Ben.. I can't..."  Arthur graved Benny's shoulder tightly. Benny's eyes widened until he heard the words "I can't believe you made a friend!! Omg finally, I was getting worried about you."  Will didn't listen to that part because he was way too interested in looking at the sword as it glowed in the sunlight. "What now?" asked Benny as he tilted his head. "Is he your friend or an evil thief because right now he's interested in your sword,"  replied Arthur with a moody tone. Benny shifted his eyes at Will, who seemed to have a powerful connection with swords. He looked back at his dad's pale sickly face and felt cold pressure on his heart like he was drowning again."He's a friend. Dad, you seem different you should rest." Arthur looked down for a moment then shifted his ocean-blue eyes back at Benny. "Hey, son what about we show your friend to your workshop? Doesn't that sound like fun?" spoke Arthur as he kept his happy outgoing mood back, Benny blushed and looked at Will who had his feathery ears poking up in the hoodie. "Heck ya, that sounds great. Anything to keep me away from this here beast!" shouted Will as he pointed at Ch-lola cleaning herself. Arthur laughed like pure joy coming out of him, "She has always been a beast like my bet-" Arthur stopped himself knowing his wife, Beth wasn't the one to joke about since the last time. So, they quickly left Benny's house and went outside to find the workshop at the side of Benny's parent's house.  When walking into the shield-like workshop there were a bunch of old projects lying around, an old forge, and a dusty old stone table with a rose carved into it.  Will run around like a kid in a toy store, looking at everything and asking loads of questions. Benny glared at his dad with a deep sigh, Arthur just smiled at Will who was running around in the long coat. "So, what's his name again?" asked Arthur as he went to lead back upon the wall. "His name is Will," answered Benny as Will picked up a two-handed axe. Benny smiled and ran towards Will, looking at the big axe. "Fear me!! I'm a lumber, Jackie!!" shouted Will as he almost dropped the big axe.  "A Jackie?" asked Benny as Will almost showed his wings off.  "OOF, this is heavy but not anything like my sword. If that beast attacks again I'll be- OH NO!" said Will as he accidentally dropped the sword. Benny started to laugh at him with a bright smile. A door slammed open and Benny's mom came out of the house. "ARTHUR!!!" yelled Benny's mom aka Beth. Arthur jumped in fear and then ran to go see Beth. "Benny, I hear you! Come now," yelled Beth again as Will gets ready to swing the weapon probably thinking she's an enemy. Benny sighed and walked towards Beth, her eyes looked calm in a scary way, will stood by Benny's side with a grim look while biting his lip. They walked into the house, it felt cold and a white blanket was lying on the wooden floor where you could see the dust upon it through the light of the sun beaming through the window. Beth carried two bowls of fish soup but, this wasn't the orderly fish soup it was Beth's fish soup. It was green with fish bones, fish eyeballs, and chicken, it was half burnt, half cold and it smelled like a skunk had laid a rotten egg over a pile of doggy poo. They say thousands of men got sick so bad they threw up and became ghosts only to throw up again in their graves. Arthur sat on the ground with the blanket covering his body, beth put the bowls on the table and looked at them. "Lunchtime sickos," said Beth with a loving smile, With a sudden burst of energy, Will dashed to the table and plopped himself down. Benny's hushed voice echoed in his ears as he reached for the bowl of goo sitting in front of him. But it was too late. The goo erupted with a loud pop that sent shivers down Will's spine. As he lifted the spoon, an ominous noise emanated from the soup. Heart racing, Will hesitated for a moment, exchanging a worried glance with Benny. Will then put the spoon full of goo into his mouth and stars raced through his purple eyes only to keep eating the goo.  Benny fell upon the floor with tears in his eyes. "Will nooo!" shouted Benny as he reached his hand out for Will.  Beth put her hand on Benny's shoulder and said "So are you going to eat?" Benny's eyes widened and quickly ran out the door, slamming the door behind him. Hours later will came outside to see a shadow leading down upon the stone table. Will's heart raced as he reached for his sword, only to realize it was missing. Suddenly, a sinister laugh echoed in the distance, causing Will's ears to perk up. The wind picked up, and the air crackled with energy as he scanned the area. His eyes widened in shock as he saw Benny, holding an iron goat with a dragon tail handle in his hand. Benny let out a triumphant yell, "I did it! I finally did it!" Will's eyes darted around, taking in the many weapons that littered the ground. Suddenly, Benny turned to face him with the iron goat in his hand. "BEHOLD THE FIRE BREATHING GOAT!" he yelled, turning the handle, but instead of breathing fire, the whole goat caught on fire. "OUCH, That's hot!" Benny exclaimed, dropping the flaming iron goat on the ground and kicking it towards Will. The two stood there, watching the toy burn in silence, unsure of what was going to happen next. "So, a dragon goat?" muttered Will as he looked at Benny awkwardly. Benny nodded his head in shame not looking at Will's face. Will crossed with arms with a smirk and said "Well that's pretty cool Cotton Candy boy." Benny perked up his head with a blush, "No-no, no, no it's not that cool." he spoke as he shook his hands around. Will closed his eyes for a moment. "Benny, dude!" he made Benny jump so high. "What?" asked Benny as Will took a breath saying with a tone, "Just take the compliment." He walked away as the breeze raced through them, benny quickly ran after him into the tunnel of trees. The blue sky shone brightly, peeking through the towering pines, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor. The air was alive with the sweet melody of birdsong, as a chorus of chirping birds flitted from tree to tree, it was almost like a painting on a canvas. "Hey, do you eat bird seeds or raw snakes?"  asked Benny as Will quietly walked ahead of him. Will stopped not making a sound, suddenly smirked mischievously, and raised his wings, making the long brown coat he was wearing billow out behind him in the gentle breeze. The sunlight hits his gray feathers and causes them to glimmer and shine, adding to his already impressive appearance. "Well is your hair made out of cotton candy?" Benny tilted his head. "What, no?" Benny stopped to pat his head making sure it wasn't cotton candy. "Then no." replied Will in a sassy tone. With a powerful flap of his wings, Will soared into the sky, embracing the wind as it rushed through his hair and clothes. Benny gazed up in awe, his heart filled with wonder.  A feather flowed down, it glittered in the sunlight like it was made out of pure silver, all benny could hear was his heart pounding like it was getting heavier with each beat. "I think I could see my sword!" shouted Will as the sun set behind him turning the clouds into a bright yellow. The bright glow of purple light was fate but, it could be seen if you have good eyesight. "Please come down!" Benny shouted with concern as he deftly caught the coat that had been blown away. Will puts his feathery ears down and his purple eyes glittered at the sunset. Will then flew away as the sky turned into a purple galaxy with hints of pinks and blues. Benny reached his hand out for the gray feather as it flowed down in front of him.  He caught it, holding it in his hand he sighed and then he looked at the sky. Meow Benny looked down at Ch-Lola who was sitting patiently, a butterfly flew next to her but she didn't attack it like most cats instead, she ignored it. Benny sat down beside her, his eyes glistening with tears. He gazed up at the sky, lost in thought he fell asleep. Suddenly,  flames flickered to life and seemed to dance in the air. Ch-Lola pawed at Benny trying to wake him up but, he was too sleepy so what did she do, she clawed his face almost a lot like a slap to the face." OUCH!!"  screamed Benny as his face turned red from the cat's slap. Looking around he saw the firey lights far from nearby. Benny got up and looked at it tilting his head and looking at the lights, he started to walk slowly until Ch-Lola ran ahead of him. The forest floor beneath his feet. It was bathed in moonlight, and every leaf and blade of grass seemed to sparkle and shimmer. The air was cool and crisp, and Benny found himself breathing deeply, taking in the sweet, fresh scent of the forest. As they moved forward, Benny began to pick up the pace, running alongside Ch-Lola as she raced ahead. The world around them blurred together, the moonlight casting strange shadows.  He overheard the yelling of Vikings nearby, he was meant to stop but, instead, he tripped and fell on a rock and tumbled through a blackberry brush.  Ch-lola was smart she climbed up a tree instead of falling like a penguin in the middle of the sky. He lifted his head to see Will with his sword in his hand glowing, the  Vikings had weapons and flaming torches which was odd because the night galaxy sky gave out more light. The Vikings were launching relentless attacks on Will, wielding their deadliest weapons with ferocity. With his sword in hand, Will battled back against the onslaught, striking with all his might to defend himself. The clash of steel echoed through the air as he fought. In a sudden move, Will's sword shattered the Viking's weapons as if they were made of fragile glass! With lightning speed, Benny leaped to his feet and bolted towards them. Chief Ox's eyes widened as he caught a glimpse of Benny and quickly extended his arm, gripping him tightly. Benny kept on moving his arm trying to get loose from ox's grip. Will's eyes went cold as he saw Ox's hand on Benny, Will flew up and aimed his sword at the chief. He flew down in a flash hearing Benny's yell echo through his ears like a cave, "It's time I finally punish you, boy, after what you did to my daughter!" yelled Ox as he raised his hand at Benny. With a scream it was over, benny opened his eyes to see only, red feathers covering the air he felt like he was falling. The smell of salt filled his lungs and was that the smell of brownies? He didn't feel like he got hit but, he could still feel the pain from the blackberry brush and he was sure a thorn was in his finger. He tried to flap his arms like a bird but, it was no use he felt like a BIG chicken. He closed his eyes hearing Will's voice, "The sun sets low, painting the sky in gold. As we anchor down, in a cove so old. We'll walk the shores, where time has kept away. Me and you, on a pirate ship. Connecting with nature on this thrilling trip. Adventure calls, with each passing day." singed Will sounding like an angel.
