Hello guys and gals. In the last chapter Stephano and Isa got comfortable with each other. Like the scene was soooo cute to me but I don't know about you guys, so make sure to comment and enjoy this next chapter

Isabella's pov
I woke up alone. Dad wasn't on the bed. He was probably taking a shower or something. I sat up slowly and looked around the room while maintaining my position on the bed. I heard the bathroom door opening so I quickly laid back down and pretended to sleep. I could hear him shut the door of the bathroom before he opened the door of the closet and closed it again.
I remained still without opening my eyes for a few minutes and then he walked out but he didn't close the closet door back "Isa, I know ya not asleep" Dad said and I ignored him as I continued 'sleeping' "If you don't wake up now I'll tickle you" And with that I sat up faster than you could say flash if that's even possible. Dad started chuckling and I turned my gaze to the sheets. I heard him walking towards me and the I felt him give me a kiss on my forehead before ruffling my already scattered hair
"Go and get dressed so we can have breakfast okay?" He said and I nodded hopping off the bed and rushing out the door. After my shower, I wore one of my leggings and a shirt. Then I wore Dad's hoodie over it. I went downstairs after grabbing my notebook and entered the kitchen to see Dad putting down a plate of pancakes
I stayed rooted in my spot at the entrance of the kitchen. Dad finally looked in my direction and gave me a warm smile. "I was just about to call you. Come and have a seat" He called me to the kitchen island. I walked over to him and proceeded to climbing the mountain of a chair. While I struggled, I could hear Dad chuckling in the background before he lifted me onto the chair. I set my notebook down beside me when dad put a plate with two huge pancakes topped with syrup, strawberries, blueberries and ice-cream in front of me
I opened my mouth to say thank you before shutting it back and looking down at my hands, my eyes filling with tears. "What's wrong? Don't you like pancakes?" Dad asked, his voice laced with worry and I shook my head. Before I knew it, I was on Dad's lap engulfed in a hug, we stay like that for some seconds before he pulled back and gave me a piece of pancake. My eyes widened This is delicious I thought before taking the fork out of his hand and digging in to the deliciousness in front of me. I heard dad chuckling but I couldn't care less cause all I could care about right now are the pancakes in front of me
Time skip to after breakfast,
Dad said that we were going to his office for about 4 hours or so. He got me a new backpack when he knew that I had one already. And when I wrote that I wouldn't take it he threatened that he would tickle me, so I had to. I looked into the bag to see that he had packed me a blanket, a water bottle, some gummy snacks, two cereal bars and a bottle of orange juice. My ipad, headphones and a book was also inside.
A few minutes later, dad came downstairs in a suit. "Come on Isa. Let's go" He said and I stood up from the couch. I slung my backpack over my shoulder and followed him out of the door
Another time skip to Stephano's office,
The ride was mostly silent. The car pulled up at a very tall building. Dad got out of the car and led me to an elevator at the side of the building. I'm guessing it's a private elevator that leads directly to the floor where his office is located. Dad held my hand as he walked through the hallway while ignoring all the the stares and whispers.
Dad walked through those automatic doors and entered a room that looked like a reception "Good morning sir" A young lady chimed as she quickly shot up from her seat behind the reception table or whatever it's called "Good morning Cynthia. Get my coffee please" Dad said in a cold voice. It made shivers go down my spine "Right away sir" The woman now known as Cynthia rushed out of the room
Dad walked into another room, pulling me along with with him and then I realised that we finally reached his office. That took a decade's worth of my time that I do not have

Once we entered he led me over to the couch "Okay sit down here while I work okay?" He said and I nodded getting comfortable on the couch
"Sir, your coffee" Miss Cynthia said walking in with dad's coffee in her hands "Thank you Cynthia. I'm sure you must be wondering so this is my daughter Isabella" Dad said gesturing to me. Miss Cynthia turned to me and gave me a warm smile "She doesn't talk unless she feels comfortable so expect to be getting answers from her notebook" Dad said walking over to his desk. Miss Cynthia was standing by the door "What's on today's schedule Cynthia?" Dad asked while opening his laptop "Sir, you have three meetings. Each will last for 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes. The first one is concerning the hotel that your sponsoring for Mr Davis and it starts in 7 minutes" Miss Cynthia said not even checking the clipboard she has in her hands
Dad glanced over at me and sighed. I gave him a smile which he returned "Cynthia please make sure Isabella gets lunch in 2 hours" Dad said standing up and closing his laptop. He walked over to me, knelt down on one knee and then kissed my forehead ' Don't worry daddy I'll be fine' I wrote down in my notebook and showed it to him "Okay dear. Make sure to eat your lunch and the snacks okay" He says and I just nod smiling at him.
Dad gets up, goes over to his desk to pick up a few files and just as he was about to leave, he turned to look at me again and I waved him goodbye with a smile on both our faces then he left with Miss Cynthia. Hmmmm what to do now
[SPONGEBOB'S NARRATOR'S VOICE] 12 minutes later,
I'm on my iPad now with my headphones on while munching on a cereal bar. I'm gonna make sure I stay awake so that I can meet Dad when he comes back. Okay operation stay awake is a go.
