Nuri is the youngest daughter of Uruloki Tatsu, the king of weredragons. Karlheinz had included her in his Adam Eve project when she was a year old. Growing up as a noble, she is graceful, elegant, mature, polite and also a trained warrior. Karlheinz was more positive on her being the Eve when compared to Yui Komori. A royal weredragon is more capable of being the Eve and choosing the Adam than a mere human girl with a vampire's heart. He believed that Cordelia's heart would eventually kill her.
