Quadrobics is a sport where you run around on all fours!
Lots of therians on TikTok do quads! Myself included!

It's a great excersise and a great way to have fun! It's not too hard to get the hang of and it's pretty fun once you get good!!

Beginner things to learn:
Curling your fingers
Waking
Cantering/running
Pouncing

Harder things to learn:
Leap/long jump
High jump
Galloping
Trotting

There's lots of tutorials on YouTube and TikTok! Make sure when practicing quadrobics that you are somewhere where if you get hurt badly it's easy to call for help! Be sure to take it slow and have fun!!
