We see kobeni and arai walking away from an elderly woman that they had just given directions too. The old woman then pulls out a gun from her coat, as she is about to shoot at them.
KACKAAAAAA!!!!
They had heard a high pitched noise from behind of them, they look behind to see if the old woman was alright and saw her with a gun pointed at them, the old woman looks confused from the sound as well as arai steps infront of kobeni and waits for the woman to shoot, but instead. A speeding shadow passes the old woman, and her head flies in the air as blood splatters the road. As the beheaded body drops dead. As arai looks in the scene infront of him in disgust.
Present-
We see kobeni infront of the vertigo fiend and akane sawatari as arai was nowhere to he seen
Kobeni: You two....are with the shooters? Right?
Akane suddenly takes a moment before she makes a move
Akane: Hebi! Tail!
As the snake devil is summoned again as it's tail starts rapidly approaching kobeni, as it's about to hit her she suddenly jumps upwards and runs on top of the snake devil as it continues to attempt to kill her but she continues to jump out of the way each time. Vertigo points at her impressed
Vertigo: Wow! I didn't know they could do that-
But kobeni soon closes in and jumps over the fiend, cutting off his forearm as kobeni lands behind him and shoots his back.
Vertigo: HEY- OW! OW! SHIT!
As akane grabs a nearby gun and starts shooting at kobeni but she keeps dodging
Arai: KON!
As arai was holding up (Y/n) who was bleeding from his mouth a giant white paw appears infront of denji's unconscious body which kobeni hides behind.
Akane: Shit!
As vertigo already entered the van
Vertigo: Get in!
As she jumps inside the van and slams the door closed. As the 4 escape the scene in the van while kobeni looks on.
Arai: You alright?
Arai approaches kobeni while holding (Y/n)
Kobeni: Y-yea....
Arai: I would call it a hunch, but I guess all the bodies in the city was because of you
He says to (Y/n) who stays silent, as his eyes are wide and blood is leaking from his mouth
