A few days have passed.
It's a night before Y/N's birthday
Wally and Y/N are staying up late talking
It's almost midnight

"We could go to the park? Or maybe the mall? I haven't been to a mall before... what about the park? Wait. I already said that park didn't I?"

"Hm... they are good ideas... what about we go to the forest? We haven't been to the forest in a while"

"Yes! Perfect!"

"But first, we have to do presents and stuff in the morning"

"You don't seem that excited... is something up?"

"Oh, well, I don't usually do much for my birthday anyway... I guess I'm only really excited for presents and being able to hang out with you, even though I do everyday"

"That's a shame, but I'm glad you like hanging out with me! We should... really go to bed now though, it's very late..."

"You're right...."

The two climbed into bed.

The next morning, Wally was already awake and was patiently waiting for Y/N to wake up while sitting at the edge of the bed swinging his legs.
He suddenly hears someone walking down the hall so he goes plush and falls on his back, on Y/N's legs which are still under the covers.
Y/N's parents walk in and ignore Wally.
They shake them awake

"Hey, Y/N, wake up"

Y/N dad shakes her awake
Y/N groaned as they woke up

"It's your birthday...~"

Y/N's mum sang
Y/N quickly sat up

"IT'S MY BIRTHDAY"

Y/N quickly got up and grabbed Wally

"Woah now! Calm down kid, Come on now"

Y/N followed their dad and mum out of the room, holding onto Wally
They walk into the living room, a few presents lined up all wrapped up in gift wrapping.
Y/N ran upto them and sat down, sparkles in their eyes

"Well, go on!"

Y/N's mum pushed them to open them.
So they did.
They started opening their presents, all happy and thanking their parents for each present.
Colouring equipment, dolls, cars, books... even their first phone!
All the presents were finished and they were talking about the toys and Y/N's dad was showing Y/N how to use the phone, and how to call them when they need anything
When Y/N understood, they were getting up, but that's when something caught Y/N's eye.
There's another present?

"Oh, wait! We forgot one"

Y/N grabbed the small present

"I-... did you...?" Y/N's mum whispered to their dad

He shook his head confused

"O-oh! Yeah! Almost forgot that one" Y/N's mum played along

Y/N looked at it curiously, they looked at Wally and then back at it.
Y/N opened the present and looked at the weird thing in their hands
A black box...? It's labeled... 'Welcome Home Season 1&2'

"What is this?"

Y/N shook the box confused

"O-oh! Wait, that's a cassette tape..." Y/N's mum explained

"Ooohhh... do we have a cassette player?" Their dad asked

"Should we really be playing it?-" their mum whispered

"I wanna see what's on it!" Y/N stood up grabbing Wally

"Oh gosh..." the mum sighed

They all got up, Y/N took Wally and the Cassette tape.
They went into the guest bedroom, where the TV was linked to a Cassette player.
Y/N's dad made sure it was working before telling Y/N to put the tape in.
Y/N slid the cassette tape in. It loaded, and eventually the screen showed.
The background, full of colour... bright fun characters, and Welcome Home written at the top.
Wally... in the middle...
It said at the bottom, play Season 1, play Season 2, Info, Extras.
Y/N pressed Season 1. And it started playing...

The video started with a little intro... then the episode started.
Y/N's watched a bit disturbed.
It was just Wally and his freinds... it's the TV show...
Y/N watched amazed, as Wally spoke on the video about himself, like how he likes painting and stuff...
Wally went aroudn the neighbourhood, as the neighbours would introduce themselves and talk with eachother... it was like a normal TV show...
After the first episode, Y/N's parents left.
Leaving Y/N and Wally in the room watching the Show...
