I check the time on my phone.
3 AM.
I sit up looking at Von who was sleeping like a baby.
I sigh slowly getting out the bed and soon as I did, I felt a splash.
"Von!"
"Hmm!"
I quickly tapped him.
"Von get up , my water broke!"
"Wha?"
"Von get up! We gotta go!"
Von got up slowly and tried to help calm me down.
"You okay ma?"
"No Von I'm about to have the baby, can you grab the to go back please?"
"Yeah I got you ma"
We got in the car and Von drove to the hospital.
"When she supposed to come out?"
"November 29th but I guess she wanted to come early" I smiled.
We got to Grady and Von and I approached the front desk.
"How can I help u?"
U don't see all this water leaking out of me.
"I'm in labor!"
"What's ur name baby?"
"London-"
"Man you asking all that shit and my daughter finna come out! Ask that shit later gang fr!"
We got upstairs and they immediately got me in a room.
"You are way beyond for meters Ms. Jones and you are well dilated. It's time for you to push"
Von grabbed my hand and I began crying.
"It's okay ma"
"I'm scared!"
"Don't be scared mama, what is ur relation to this man?"
"He's my boyfriend"
"Dayvon nice to meet u"
"Nice to meet u, okay London look at me and Dayvon as u start to push"
