Chapter 15

The Next Day

Peter is in his apartment doing some cleaning as there's a lot in this place that seriously needs to be thrown away such as empty food boxes but during all of this, he finds the research notes that he made while he was bonded to the symbiote to which he starts looking at them
"I don't even know if I can use this for anything after all, the symbiote is currently contained so I'm not sure if I could keep this" said Peter when suddenly he's grabbed by a web line and pulled out of his apartment and onto the roof of a nearby building, the clothes he was wearing torn apart revealing his Spider-Man costume underneath, he then pulls out his mask and puts it on
"Oh you don't need to put on your mask, we know everything about you" said a unfamiliar voice to Peter but he did recognize that it was like a monstrous version of himself when he was bonded to the symbiote
"The symbiote, how'd you find a new host" said Spider-Man as threw a punch at the creature but he grabbed his arm and threw him onto the ground, his foot on his back and his other hand holding his head on the roof
"Oh we found someone who hates you as much as we do and now we will make your life suffer, we are not just the symbiote, we are poison to Peter Parker and Spider-Man, but you can call us Venom" said Venom who then threw Spider-Man into the alleyway and then he jumped down and landed on Spider-Man's Back
"No matter where you hide of wherever you go, we will be watching you, now if you don't want to see us then and your friends hurt, you will never wear that mask ever again, as of today your days as Spider-Man is done" said Venom who then disappears, Peter climbs up the building and back into his apartment, he then pulls his mask off, his face now beaten, his heavy breathing filling the bedroom
"Oh man Parker, what have you done?" Asked Peter unaware that venom was still in the area
"That was just a warning Peter but just wait, the worst has yet to come" said Venom.

Since that day, Peter has become paranoid that venom is indeed watching him as now he looks in every alleyway or shadow believing that venom is here and so as Peter is walking the neo tech City streets, a hand gets placed on his shoulder which causes him to freak out
"Oh Peter, you okay" said Eddie as it was only him
"Sorry Eddie, I just didn't get a lot of sleep last night" said Peter
"Really what did you do last night, you stay up all night playing Captain America: Soldier of liberty again" Eddie joked
"No, I don't even have that game anymore, it something else but I can't really tell you right now" said Peter
"Why not" said Eddie
"It's a personal thing" said Peter
"Hey it's your business so I'm not gonna push it" said Eddie
"Anyway I just need sometime to think so I'm going to have to cut this conversation short" said Peter as he walked away but Eddie smiled as he did so knowing that Peter will put the suit on again
"Sure bro, clear your head cause soon things are bound to get worse" said Eddie as he faded into the crowd.

Peter ran into the alleyway and sat there, hoping to get what venom said out of his mind.

Elsewhere

Mary Jane is on her way home after a long day, as he walks up to the door, she hears a what sounds like a cross between a lion roar and someone in a ton of pain, she reaches for the door but then she hears that sound again
"Hello, is anybody there?" Asked Mary Jane but the sound seemingly stopped and so he went in the house and into her room where she was greeted by what appeared to be Spider-Man's eyes
"Peter, is that you?" Asked Mary Jane but then it grabbed her by the face
"No it's not Peter, Mary Jane but you will be useful in his death" said Venom as he walked out of the shadows, his smile revealing his multi fanged mouth
