How You Met:

- Just Like in Horrortale, you were running for your life from Dr. Alphys

- "GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE SHIT." - Emo Alphys 😔

- You ran into a dark room and hid

- Alphys followed behind and looked around for you a bit

- She muttered a few insults before walking out of the room, slamming the door behind her

- You got up from your hiding spot and sighed

- You thought you were safe

- Until you saw a seven foot tall robot standing right in front of you

- You stumbled back until your back was against the door to the room

- The Robot looked at You, a bit hurt

- "Hey, don't be scared. I'm not gonna hurt you."

- The Robot put up all four of it's arms as if it was surrendering

- "I'm Mettafell. Who are you?"

- "(Y/N)..."

Becoming Friends:

- You were quite cautious at first, but you eventually warmed up to Mettafell

- He was EXTREMELY nice compared to everyone else in the underground

- Well, he WAS nice. The only nice monster you've met thus far

- He feels rather terrible for you, he's been through a lot as well, and doesn't like seeing you cry because of the disgustingly mean other monsters

- He knew you couldn't stay in Alphys' lab though. Who knows what she'd do to you if she ever found you

- So, he dragged you out of her lab and stole a house in snowdin basically

- Not Like anyone cared

- Mettafell's remote control that Alphys used to have was broken after one of his malfunctions, so he's happy he can actually be himself and not have to worry about Alphys making him do stuff he down want to

- You and Mettafell talk to each other a lot

- Despite you two not really ever doing anything, you always find something to talk about

- Sometimes, when your conversations falter, you and Mettafell will go to visit Sans and Papyrus

- They're rude and mean, sure, but they don't still try to kill you, so that's mainly why you visit them at all

- Mettafell is probably the Mettaton AU that hates seeing you cry the most

- Mettafell hates seeing you cry so much, he usually starts crying himself while trying to comfort you

- You just give each other a big hug and cry together 😔

Him Realizing He Likes You:

- He was Not in denial of his feelings in the slightest

- You're such a Kind and adorable being, he'd be more surprised is he didn't fall for you

- He was still nervous around you at times though

- He's usually pretty open about his feelings with you, so you got worried when you figured out he was hiding something
