Hope looks at Kayla, I know no change

Kayla - im sorry , I wish I could say otherwise , but maybe now that Bo is home things will be different. Kayla smiles and rubs Hope's shoulder

Hope - I'll keep praying for that everyday

Kayla- you must be exhausted Hope why don't you go home and take a hot shower , get a change of clothes , something to eat ,maybe a couple hours of sleep

Steve, Belle and I stocked the fridge, we've been taking care of the mail and the house

Hope - hugs Kayla, thank you so much I appreciate everything you've all done

Kayla - well that's what family is for

Hope - I know, but , I, i can't leave him

Kayla - Hope your home now , back here in Salem, there will always be someone here to be at Bos side, be it me , Steve, Shawn, Roman

Hope- i know but

Kayla - no buts doctors orders, go , my shift was over hours ago I waited for you to get here so that I could stay with my baby brother. Go if anything changes I'll call you

Hope - your not going to leave his room right ? Shawn and I took shifts he was never alone , one of us was always there.

Kayla - I promise I won't leave this room , now go

Hope - goes to walk out the door before leaving she turns around, Kay how'd Victor do ?

Kayla - takes a deep breath , it was touch and go for awhile there but he's alive. I can't say if he'll recover completely adding in his age and his heart condition. These are all normal things for a patient of Victor's age.

Hope - what room is he in?

Maggie is at Victor's bedside , holding his hand

Hope quietly opens the door to Victor's room and walks in

Maggie- tears welling up in her eyes. Takes Hope's hand and the two walk over to Victor's bedside

Maggie- I think this is the end. I'm so very lucky I had him the time that I did. Who would have known I could find love again at My age and you, you my dear were so supportive of Victor and I

Hope- well we could all see the change you had on Victor he softened around you , you know

Maggie - starts to cry. Now he may not even wake up again. I may never talk to him again.

Hope hugs Maggie, and although she feels the same way about Bo at times she wants to be strong for her aunt.

Hope- have you eaten ?

Maggie - no , no I can't.

Hope- listen why don't you go get a cup of coffee

Maggie- no , no I can't leave Victor here alone

Hope - he won't be alone , I'll be here with him.

Maggie - no , no I can't do that to you Hope , you just got back and I wouldn't want you leaving Bo alone.

Hope - bos not alone Kaylas In with him , go get yourself a cup of coffee and something to eat , I'll be here when you get back I promise.

Maggie - smiles at Hope. Ok just a cup of coffee, I won't be long.
She gives Hope a quick hug, kisses Victor on the cheek and then leaves

Hope - slowly sits down in the chair next to Victor's bed.
Well isn't this just how our relationship has gone over the years Victor, Up and down like a roller coaster. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

Hope - im glad you were able to make it to Greece, And I can't thank you enough for all you've done for Bo. Were back home now here in Salem. It feels like we've been gone forever. You need to fight Victor so you can see Bo again. Because now that we're home I'm going to do everything in my power to get him to wake up. And he will wake up.
We have all lost too much time. Too much precious time. Family is everything Victor and I see why you wanted to hold on to Bo so tightly now. You and I might not have had the same methods but in the end all that matters is that we love Bo and all we both want is what's best for him. I know you feel the same way.

The door to Victor's room quietly opens , a hand gently touches Hope's shoulder. Hope thinks it's aunt Maggie. Without turning around Hope says that was quick.
But when who she thinks is aunt Maggie doesn't reply , Hope turns around and there's no one there.

Hope turns back around to see the heart monitor on Victor flickers off. Hope gets up from the chair and walks over to the monitor. She looks at the switches but everything is in the on position.
Hope looks at Victor, she touches his hand, then moves to his wrist but there is no pulse

Closing screen is Angela standing next to Victor the two look on at a crying Hope (This would be a hologram type video / picture as John Aniston has already passed away )
