"Ah. . . Ah?"

Bang!
Bang!

Cough.

". . Huh? . . ."

Cale Henituse stood still. Cale did not dare move. Cale couldn't properly process what was going on. Cale couldn't believe what was going on. Cale couldn't help but ignore the itchiness in his throat, ignoring the blood dripping from his mouth.

The shield started to crack.

-Cale! Cale! Snap out of it, you're gonna die if you stay any longer!

-Leave already! They won't listen to you!

-xxx Cale! xxxx them all! xxxx them all!!

-Cale! Please!

-Put yourself first this time!

-Come on! Don't just stand there and wait for your own family to kill you!

-Come on! Please!

The Ancient Powers did not stop to try to get their wielder's attention. They could not watch Cale get killed- murdered- by his own family.

They simply could not.

"Ha . ." Cale breathed out before chuckling, he had now realized that nothing stays in favor for him. Even in this life.

His own family attacking him was enough evidence.

Isn't it?

Or, is it his youngest adopted child piercing a black sword in his heart.

Which one?

"Bring me back my human, you impostor!" The Black Dragon's eyes that was filled with rage focused on him. The smart little kid had come from the back, and stabbed 'Kim Rok Soo' with a sword.

His smart little child.

"Pftt. . Haha." Cale couldn't help but laugh. His family, his kid, his friends. They were all trying to kill him right at this moment. Never had he thought that the sword he gifted to his youngest child would be piercing through him one day. By his own child.

They had supposed that their Cale Henituse was not the Cale Henituse who's in front of them but an impostor named Kim Rok Soo. When truthfully, he was their Cale. It is him. It really is. But they didn't lend their ears for an explanation.

"Did I raise you well? Raon?" Cale warmly smiled. "Be sure to grow up healthily, yeah? Take care of everyone and let them take care of you." Cale tried to reach his hand out to Raon but it only got slapped away with a snarl.

Crack.

"Love your siblings, alright? Don't turn you back to those who you love." Cale continued nonetheless. "Raon, my smart Raon." Cale couldn't let the tear slip.

"My smart, kind, great and mighty Raon." Cale stood still. "I want. . . To forget everything from the beginning of my life as Cale Henituse. May the God of Eternal Rest hear this Human's request and grant this plead." Cale's voice echoed, and everyone stopped. Fuck. Should Cale continue?

He needed to decide fast, his time was running out. But Cale didn't need to convince himself not to continue when he could clearly feel the piercing glares.

"Send your blessing upon this lowly Human's body and make use of it as the God of Eternal Rest's Saint." He had no choice. A part of him wanted to hang on to his family, that he could fix everything. And a part of him wanted to release the bubbling wrath deep within him, to his 'family'.
