"GO NOW!" was the last thing soul heard before he left his house. his mom had nicely asked him to run to the store and pick up a few things for her, and soul being — well soul he let a complaint saying that it was always him getting stuff and she got mad, almost threw a shoe at him but luckily he got out of the way.
soul let out a sigh as he made his way to the nearest grocery store. when he got to the store he took out his phone and opened his messages where his mom had sent him a list full of stuff to buy. he got the stuff on the list, the last thing he needed was a specific type of bread.
he reached the bread aisle and in all honesty it looked like a ghost town there.
"geez. people like bread THAT much?" he muttered as he found the only bread that was on the shelf, luckily it was the one he needed.
as his hand reached for it, another hand appeared to. he let out a groaned as a tick mark grew on his forehead.
"listen asshole. let me have this stupid bread, my mom will literally kill me if i don't bring it." soul growled and with that he snatched the bread out of the other persons hand and left to check out without looking back.
to say the least, the other person was stunned.
after paying for everything, he went home, helped his mom with putting the groceries away and went upstairs to his room and fell asleep.
which didn't last long since his phone was being spammed by a bunch of idiots he hates (loves).
he turned on his phone and saw a bunch of messages from maka and various from the group chat.
