Shorts
Lace ribbons (make sure you have enough)
Tread
Needle
Scissors
1. Measures the lace on the bottom of the shorts. Cut only to make the front of the shorts.
2. Sew the lace on the bottom of shorts.
3. Repeat. Work from the bottom to the top.
4. If you want to make the back of the shorts go ahead.
