"Do you know who is the leader of that area?" Austin asked
"Yes" i say
"And you still want to go?" shouted Callum
'Yes' i answered
'What the fuck/' shouted Xander and Xavier at the same time
"Who is it?" Angelo asked in a slow voice
"The vipers" replied dad making everyone quiet
"Berry, why?" Angelo said in the verge of tears
"Trust me, this is for good, if i don't go now, i think it will be more troublesome in the future" i say
"You know them?" mom asked
"It's complicated" i say
"You have been distancing yourself with me lately, as if you are trying to avoid me" Angelo says and i freeze
That was never my point, i could never do it
"Gelo, i... " i was cut off when he suddenly got out of the dining room crying
"You better drop your work tonight and make things clear with him, or i am afraid that you will not be as close as you used to be" Greyson said as he left the table too
Soon there was only me, mom, dad and Alexander left
"I didn't mean to hurt him, you know? In fact all i want for him is to be happy and safe," i say slowly
"We know, but you also should be aware of the fact that he finds his happiness in you, not in what you think is good,but he is happy when he is with you" mom says
"So you also think it's my fault?" i ask
"Mom is not blaming you, she is just stating the facts, everyone of us can see how sad angelo becomes when you overwork or don't spend time with him" alexander says
"I want to spend time with him, it's not like i don't love him anymore, its just, this trip depends on his, both of our future' i sigh feeling guilty
"I dont know what is that much important but, you need to show him that you love him and he is more important than anything else" dad said
"You still have three more days left before the ball, so take a break from fork and be open with him dear" mom said hugging me from the side as i just nod
Short chapter ik but i am going through world crises right now and having a very hard time to decide if i should have Nutella and toast for breakfast or should i have it as my snacks for evening
