Last Few Pages
As you're walking back home, you see a car crash into someone. The car drives away, leaving behind an injured guy. You take him to the hospital and get him admitted but you have no idea who to contact, so you decided to stay till he wakes up.
As you're in the waiting room, you start looking through his stuff and find a diary.
You see that he wrote down his entire life in that diary, in little journal entries. As time went by, you realised that he was in your city to find someone. You flip through even more pages and find a picture of yourself.
The person he's looking for, is you.
