"Alexis can you keep the girls going with their exercises? We're gonna go let Miss Grimwood knos how things are going." Shaggy says as Alexis looks at him.
"No problem Shaggy." Alexis says as she keeps exercising with the girls.
"Like thanks." Shaggy says as he, Scooby, and Scrappy leave for a while before later coming back in the room in a hurry.
"Hey we gotta get our ourselves ready. We got a volley ball match in one hour. That's it girls!" Shaggy says as he, Scrappy and Scooby begin doing exercises.
"Okay everyone that should be enough aerobics." Alexis says as the group stops exercising.
"Let's try some deep breathing exercises gang." Shaggy says as he takes a deep breath in.
"You mean deep shreaking Shaggy. Show him girls." Miss Grimwood says as the girls take deep breaths in before shreaking as Sibella scares Scooby and causes him to fall over Matches.
"Uh oh. I think Scooby made Matches mad again." Alexis says as matches in chasing Scooby around the room.
"Come on girls! Let's hear it!" Miss Grimwood says as the girls shreak and laugh.
*Timeskip*
"That's it girls. Keep it up!" Alexis says as the girls are doing work outs.
"Oh my! It's a tentacle till two. Those Calloway cadets will be arriving any minute." Miss Grimwood says before Scooby falls out a window and into the moat.
"Like this is no time to go swimming Scoob! We've got a volley ball game!" Shaggy says as he, Alexis and Scrappy go over to a window.
"But everyone says swimming is great exercise Shaggy." Scrappy says as he looks at Shaggy.
"Oh no. Looks like Scooby is gonna get a lot of exercise but not in a way he'll like." Alexis says as a two headed shark begins to swim towards Scooby before the girls jump down into the water and onto the shark making it leave Scooby alone before Alexis, Scrappy, and Shaggy join them in the water.
"Like one lap around the moat gang then it's out of the water!" Shaggy shouts as the group begin swimming in the moat.
"And onto the volley ball court!" Scrappy says.
"Right coach." Elsa says.
"I'm gonna bring a trophy home to my mummy." Tannis says happily.
"You most certainly will do great on the court Tannis." Alexis says as she smiles at Tannis as the group then make one lap around the moat and begin to set up the volley ball court.
