'Are you ready for this?' Jimin asks me as we're waiting for his mom to arrive. My parents are coming over shortly as well. They are finally meeting each other.

'Absolutely. This is going to be fun.' I smile at him. The doorbell went off just as I said it.

'I'll get it.' He goes and opens the door but it seems my parents came in before his mom did

'Oh, Mr. and Mrs. Ri. You're early.' Jimin greets my parents smiling

'We couldn't wait much longer. She told us she has a surprise for us so we wanted to find out quickly.' My mom is excited about this, I can hear it.

I didn't tell them yet about me and Jimin living together, nor about the fact they're about to meet his mom.

'Come in, come in.' Jimin gestures for them to come in

'Do you mind?' My mom asks Jimin, gesturing she wants to give him a hug

'There is no need to ask.' He smiles hugging her. She seems even happier now. It is still pretty weird seeing him so close to my parents, but it is a great sight.

'She didn't squeeze me like that in ages.' My dad teases my mom, talking to Jimin, then hugging him himself

'When you get this handsome I'll squeeze you.' My mom jokes making Jimin laugh

'If you didn't fatten me up, I would be.' My dad complains

I could hear everything from the lounge, waiting for them to walk in

'Where is Luna?' My dad asks

'Omma, Oppa! I'm here!' I yell from the lounge and my mom practically runs to me, slamming into me hugging me tightly.

'God, omma, you will strangle me to death one of these days.' I laugh

'I missed you my love. I feel like I never see you.' She cups my face, pinching my cheeks

'What is this surprise you were mentioning?' My dad seems to be just as curious as my mom

'There are 2 actually.' Jimin answers, walking over to me. He smiles at me before he continues talking to my parents 'First, we are living together. Second, my mom is on the way here to meet you. I'm sorry we didn't ask if that is something you'd like. We did it on the whim a bit.' Jimin apologizes to my dad

My mom and dad looked at each other and smiled brightly.
'You guys are serious then?' My mom finally asks

Jimin and I just nod at her.

'We would love to meet her. I couldn't be happier about this, honestly.' My dad smiles

I heard Jimin exhale in relief. I guess it was bothering him quite a bit.
'Thank you for being so accepting of me.' Jimin bows a little. This was out of nowhere.

'Nothing to thank us for. Just keep making Luna happy and we will support you all the way.' My mom says

'That was the plan.' He smiles back

*Doorbell*
'Seems my mom arrived. Excuse me.' Jimin goes and opens the door, leaving me with my parents in the lounge.

'Oh my son, you seem happier than usual. Seems living together suits you.' I can hear his mom talking to him and Jimin replying

'It has been pretty amazing. I love it. But come, I want you to meet someone.' He walks back to us with his mom by his side. 'Mom, I would like you to meet-'

'Shi-Wa? Is that you!?' My mom cuts Jimin mid sentence.

'Kawa?! Yung?!' His mom looks at my parents calling out their names. Jimin and I look at each other, so confused. I don't even know what to say.
