shadow shot scrouge in the arm making fall off the bed showing sonic in there view laying there with all his injuries with pleading eyes to get him out of there
knuckles: sonic!......you bastard i will kill you for what you did to him!
knuckles pulled his bow and arrow and shot scrouge in the leg out of anger while shadow unchain sonic that could only whisper 'thanks'
shadow: shhh save your energy for now and I'll get you out of here
sonic didn't say anymore and felt shadow lift him off the bed and make his way towards the door while knuckles grab scrouge by the quill at the back of his head and drag him out too
they got out of the mine and saw an all out war with all the houses burning to the ground as the remaining of scrouges gang was shotting at the warriors that was hiding behind there wagon shotting back with there bow and arrows along with silver rouge and tails that manage to gun down the rest of them.
there was none of scrouges gang left to fight as they were all on the ground laying either unconscious or dead as the warriors check for anymore hiding around the area but found none and saw there leader and shadow walking towards them but soon worried as they saw sonic laying in shadow arms.
knuckles told his some of his warriors to bound scrouge while he went over to shadow who was about to lay him in the wagon
scrouge wasn't going down without a fight as the two forgot to take his gun off of him and quickly stood up even doe he was in pain with an arrow in his leg and a bullet in his left shoulder he took aim at the warriors that was going to tie him up and shot them killing them instantly making knuckles turn and saw them fall to the ground.
knuckles: YOU MOBIAN BASTARD!
scrouge: DON'T WORRY YOU CAN JOIN THEM!
shadow saw everything and quickly lay sonic down and grab knuckle before scrouge bullet could hit him and took aim himself and shot scrouge but missed.
now scrouge had shadow aiming his gun at him and seeing all his boys on the floor he got frustrated and called out the only gang member he couldn't see
scrouge: arrg!...INFINTE WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU!
infinite came out of the shadows throwing rouge and silver to the ground behind shadow and said
infinite: you shoot my boss then i shoot your friends along with this brat
shadow heard tails yelp with knuckles shotting his name he still aim his gun at scrouge that just smirk
scrouge: well which is it your friends or me shadow your choice
knuckles and the rest of his warriors could only aim his bow and arrow at infinite that had his arm around tails neck waiting for shadow to respond but scrouge spoke again
scrouge: oh must emit you all got us good but how about we all go are separate ways and fight another day just hand over the boy and will let the rest of you go huh what do you say
shadow: no way in hell not after what you did to him would i ever hand him over to you!
scrouge: well then this should convince you infinite shoot the bat
infinite: was about to shoot but was suddenly shoot himself in the hand with his gun flying out of his hand with sonic shouting in a weak tone 'SHADOW SHOOT'
with that shadow shot his gun at the side of scrouges stomach making fall to the ground holding his gut as he screamed in agony while knuckles took his chance to use his bow and arrow and hit infinite in the exposed shoulder so not to hit tails and made him let go as he also fell to the ground.
knuckles: TIE THEM UP NOW BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE HAPPENS!
the warriors ran up to the two that was on the ground and made sure to tie them up well as shadow rush to the wagon and saw sonic holding a gun shaking but gave a weak smile before collapsing entirely
shadow and knuckles: SONIC!
