Hex the legend of the towers, The entrance to Hex takes guests through the actual Grand Entrance to the Towers used by the Earls of Shrewsbury and their guests when Alton Towers was still their home. Indeed the story of Hex is also based on a variation on the local legend of The Chained Oak, a landmark that can be found just outside the grounds of Alton Towers.

Battle Galleons, Take to the high seas on your own pirate ship as you navigate your way through a watery adventure around Mutiny Bay. Littered throughout the course are all sorts of effects that can be triggered using the on board water cannons.

Of course, if you get bored of trying to hit all the targets, you could always turn your cannon on your fellow riders for a full on water battle. The biggest challenge however is to avoid being hit by other pirates on their own ships or any landlubbers who may point their cannons in your direction.

Climb aboard a barrel of gunpowder and prepare for a ride that will bring a whole new spin to the traditional tea cup ride.Sitting at the heart of Mutiny Bay, the imposing thatched structure of Marauder's Mayhem is hard to miss, especially when the menacing tones of Cap'n Black are barking instructions to riders or when smoke begins to ominously pour out of the gunpowder kegs at the centre of the ride.
