They say
Why do feelings get in the way?
Why must I look at you and feel so stuck?
Why do I wish I was good enough?
Do I wish to be better to win your heart?
Or do I just struggle from the start
Wondering why my heart gives in
To the love I know I cannot win
But I know my heart for sure
The amount it loves, the one it adores
I'll love till night to day
Till the skies turn dark and grey
Till the earth grows with time
Till the stars die out at night
Till time comes to a halt
And I've found the key to the secret vault
Your heart so warm
Healing my love that's torn
When all the air in my lungs give out
When my heartbeat is the only sound
Till my soul has been set free
Even then my love for you won't ever leave
