Tears stream from your eyes
It took you by surprise
To see that the ones you thought you loved
Come to blame you for fun
And it starts all over again
Till the pain becomes numb and the same
You wish that you could go back in time
To when life was worth living for
But it seems as though nothing is ever fine
Perhaps life is no more
It cannot simply be ignored
You wish that you could be happy again
But no matter how hard you try it stays the same
And repeats over and over again
Tears fall down your face
But you must know that you I can't replace
You are my joy and my embrace
My heart has you in its place
The pain you feel it won't last
For I am here and you are safe once more
Ignore the pain at the door
The locks won't break anymore
For you found the key to a new life
Some place we can go just you and I
We were meant to be till the end of time
No matter how many days go by
I promise you that you will survive
Tears drop down from your eyes
However it is joy this time
The happiness and all the light
Falling into place beyond your sight
Take my hand and we can rest
Even if life itself is a test
You should know you were never ever alone

The place that you hold in my heart
