SADIE'S POV
I was at the doctor today because I had to get a blood test, the only issue is that I'm absolutely terrified of needles and wasn't having anything. The nurse was pretty much ready to give up until the doctor came into help.
"Hey Sadie" she said as she came towards me making me gulp nervously
"It's ok hun we're just going to try this a different way ok" she said softly lifting the bar to the chair up.
I could feel my heart racing as she picked me up and sat in the chair with me on her lap. Layla the nurse pulled the bar back down and I started trying to kick but she kept my legs between hers and held my arm out on the bar.
"Ok hun just tying the band back around your arm" Layla said softly before tying it.
She felt my arm for a vein again wiping it off as I tried struggling against there grips. I tried to get them to let go but they wouldn't as Layla held onto my arm too
"Noo let me go" I cry
"Your ok hun I'm sorry" she said before poking the needle into my arm making me cry out
I looked over at my mom with tears in my eyes and she sighed
"Sadie your fine stop crying" my mom sighed
"No it's fine we understand it kinda hurts she's good she's allowed to cry" Layla said taking the needle out of my arm and sticking a bandaid on it
I was finally able to get out of the chair and I was so happy
"Thanks Brynn" Layla said to the doctor
"No worries, I'm sorry Sadie I hope you can forgive me" she said making me nod.
She left the room with the girl she came in with and I was just happy to be able to leave
