Ronin's note: When I was making this story, I wanted Izuku to be a heartless person, who would NEVER forgive his past tormentors, if anyone wants to earn Izuku's trust, they have to work for it. For example, if someone abandons Izuku, they must work hard to earn Izuku's forgiveness, proving that they still care about Izuku. Plus, with Frost Monarch, I wanted to combine the powers of not only the Frost Monarch but Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat.

Since Izuku is now the new Frost Monarch, he has gained new abilities, abilities that can surpass his predecessor. Here are his abilities:
- Enhanced Strength - Enhanced Speed and Agility - Enhanced Endurance, Perception, and Stamina - Enhanced Awareness, Vision - Enhanced Durability - Ice Flight - Ice Magic - Izuku can use his ice powers in many ways: creating weapons, armor, and gear. He can create armies or monsters of ice, or if Izuku wanted to, he can create a massive ice storm. - Sleep Inducement - Healing Ice - Spiritual Body Manifestation - Regeneration - Ice Illusion
